2. Services Offered

Zachary Liptak offers the following paid services:

Phone Call ($100): A 15–30 minute one-on-one phone session with Zachary Liptak.
The Meeting ($500): A 2-hour in-person session at Zachary's property in Florida.
Shadow Zachary ($1,500): A 4+ hour in-person immersive experience in Florida, including lunch.
EZ Era Membership ($7/month): Access to a nonprofit educational platform with video lessons, expert Q&A, and member resources.

Zachary Liptak is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, attorney, accountant, or certified professional of any kind. 4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before a session is confirmed or a time slot is made available.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and rescheduling.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or any session for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten Zachary or his team, to record sessions without prior written consent, or to misrepresent your identity or intentions when booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, and course materials — is the property of Zachary Liptak or EZ Era and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zachary Liptak and his affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any session, including any financial decisions made based on information shared in a session.
