Refund Policy

No Refunds

Due to the personal, time-limited nature of Zachary's sessions, all payments are non-refundable once a purchase is completed. This applies to all session types — Phone Call ($100), The Meeting ($500), and Shadow Zachary ($1,500) — as well as EZ Era memberships.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your confirmed time slot by emailing [email protected].

• Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not guaranteed and are at Zachary's discretion.
• No-shows forfeit their session with no option to reschedule.

Cancellations by Zachary

In the rare event that Zachary must cancel a confirmed session, you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

EZ Era Membership

EZ Era is a third-party nonprofit platform. Membership billing and cancellation is managed directly through EZ Era. Please visit ez-era.com for their cancellation policy.
